C O M M I S S I O N   P R O C E S S
•  I will not proceed with the commission if payment is not made in advance.

•  The process for the commission is as follows : I will send the client a commission draft. They the customer (You) accepts the first initial version if-else, on going revision with (3) changes will be possible before the color.

•  The estimated time for a commission is one to two weeks. If there is any incident that prevents me from fulfilling this, I will always be in contact with the client.

G E N E R A L :

•  By purchasing from me, you agree to my Terms of Service.

• PayPal USD/PHP only.

•  I have the right to refuse any commission that I am not comfortable with.

•  I will not sell to any minor who wishes to purchase an NSFW commission. You must be 18 years or older to apply for a commission. I may request some form of proof to verify your age, if necessary, and I will not be responsible if a customer lies about their age to buy from me.

•  Customers have the right to republish, print, edit or use their commissioned material for personal items and/or personal use. You may publish your finished work on any social networking site, including personal galleries, only if credit is given.
Example: my signature is legible and intact, or a hyperlink to my twitter accompanies the artwork. However, if credit is not given to the property, I reserve the right to have the artwork removed.

•  I retain all intellectual rights to the work I create, you cannot claim my work as yours. Your rights will be lost if you cancel the commission at any time after it has been started or completed.

• Refunds are not applicable.

•  The commissioner must have an accurate visual reference or accurate images of the character for the commission. There are no parts or references for the creation.

•  Character creation has an additional cost. For best results in a commission, artistic freedom is required. The more restricted the description, the more difficult it is to work with.

•  I can charge additional fees for changes and edits on a finished artwork. If the change is drastic, resulting in a significant loss of time, effort or reworking of the image, I can refuse the change.

• If you want your commission to be private, you must make it clear during the process, otherwise I take the right to publish it in my networks as a sample of my work.
